- Fall Festival at Reading Terminal Market10am to 4pmAutumn is here and that means it is harvest time at Reading Terminal Market. This October, the Market celebrates the foods of the Pennsylvania harvest with loads of fresh, local produce, cheeses and wines, hay rides and games. Filbert Street will be transformed into an urban farm and closed to vehicle traffic. Families are invited to climb on an authentic farm tractor for a hay ride around the Market, enjoy hot apple cider and award-winning Pennsylvania wines. There will be locally grown autumn harvest fruits and vegetables, a sidewalk barbeque of bratwurst, knockwurst and other specialty sausage sandwiches and for those with a sweet tooth, there will be chocolate, caramel and candy dipped apples. Entertainment throughout the day provided by bluegrass band, Special Delivery.
